One Za’abeel’s high-end retail podium is opening soon.
The Link is the horizontal, cantilevered building suspended 100m above the ground between One Za’abeel The Residences and One Za’abeel Tower. An engineering marvel, the 230m structure hosts numerous restaurants, the Bridge of Love, the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie, and the longest suspended infinity pool in the world.

With the exception of holidays and extenuating circumstances, hours of operation for One Za’abeel are applicable daily:
Building security, The Offices Concierge, and The Residences Concierge are available 24 hours.
Self-parking is available to all visitors, please refer to the entrance map in the ‘Where Are You Going?’ section of this page.
Valet parking is available at the One&Only One Za’abeel Entrance (Entrance 1), The Residences Entrance (Entrance 2), and The Offices, The Link, and SIRO Hotel Entrance (Entrance 4).
Please note that valet parking at Entrances 1 and 2 are prioritized for visitors of One&Only One Za’abeel and The Residences respectively. If you wish to access the restaurants or The Link, you are advised to use Entrance 4.
The development is within walking distance of the World Trade Centre Metro station and the Al Jafaliya Centre metro station. There several bus routes also available nearby including the World Trade Centre Hotel 1 and World Trade Centre Hotel 2 bus stops.
There is no dress code required on the premises, however, individual dining outlets may have unique requirements. Please contact them directly to inquire about dress codes; you can find their contact information here.
Yes, there are multiple outlets to choose from when you consider hosting a private event at One Za’abeel.
Guests can access The Link without reservations to view the interiors, walk along the Bridge of Love, and access the panoramic views of Dubai with no prior planning.

Yes, all entrances to the building are accessible through step-free access. The interiors are designed with spacious hallways and elevators for ease of movement.
