- Compliance with requirements and characteristics of facility, demand organization, client and other interested parties needs and expectations as well as management of risks and internal & external issues related to FM, Assets and QHSE management system.
- Continual Improvement and protection of the environment as well as establishment and implementation of waste management, sustainability and energy conservation practices.
- Ensuring to deliver everything we do in a safe, sustainable manner while continuing to meet regulatory and other requirements including effective management and control of incidents.
- Implementing mechanisms which encourage the identification of best practices and drive innovation. Regular management reviews and internal audits for FM, Assets and QHSE management systems continual improvement.
- Generating a commitment amongst all employees and our supply chain to provide the service delivery and workmanship required by our customers.
- Availability of adequate resources, facilities, and equipment as necessary for effective implementation of Assets, FM and QHSE management system.
- Elimination of hazards and reduction of risks, Prevention of environmental pollution and incidents & employees’ occupational illness to enhance their efficiency, health and wellbeing.
- Compliance obligations and other requirements are continually assessed, evaluated, and integrated with the organization FM, Asset, and QHSE management system.
- Providing persons working for and on behalf of ONE ZA’ABEEL with all necessary training, resources and systems including subcontractors, as well as to empower them to STOP any unsafe work. Ensuring effective participation and consultation of workers/staff.
- IMS Policy communication to management, staff, workers and interested parties including its periodic review to ensure its effectiveness and continuing suitability & adequacy.
